Named after the Roman goddess of equity and fairness AEquitatis expertly aligns and supports individual prosecutors with our international partners network to facilitate a collaborative, case specific, professionally coordinated victim focused response. This allows more victims to access legal services and participate in the prosecution process, and more offenders to be held ultimately accountable. 

 

Comprised primarily of former prosecutors, AEquitatis works closely with governmental and nongovernmental agencies to promote a contextual, rather than uniform, approach to the pursuit of justice for victims around the world. Our partnership agency members are all practicing or retired professional specialists in their chosen fields. The majority of which hail with distinction from the armed services, law enforcement, medical and corporate financial sectors. By promoting a deeper and more meaningful understanding of these cases AEquitatis and its global partnership agency network are dedicated to increasing successful prosecutions of all deservedly accountable offenders.
